Stuyvesant Football needs our support!
At Stuyvesant, we recognize the important role athletics plays in the social and intellectual development of many students, and with ongoing budget cuts coming down from the Department of Education we are looking to our Alumni for support in our season.
The Football Teams (Varsity and J-V) are teaming up with the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association to engage in an effort to build a Peglegs Fund over time with former Stuy athletes and parents of current and former members of Stuy's Football, Cheer, and Booster Squads. The new initiative will raise money to support student-athletes, coaches, and staff in a variety of ways, including equipment, travel expenditures, and other improvements.
Over 800 Stuy Alumni played football. Please consider getting involved by attending a game, hosting an after-party, or making a donation earmarked for the team.
